“Sophomore quarterback James Franklin is a capable quarterback for the MIZZOU Tigers and should be able to fit into their offense nicely. Last season, the 6-foot-2, 225 pound quarterback made an appearance in nine games, completing 11 of 14 passes for 106 yards with one touchdown and one interception. Franklin’s running ability greatly helped him last season as he ran the ball 23 times for 116 yards and two touchdowns.” ~ source: www.pntoday.com

James is the son of Willie and Pam Franklin. Willie was a standout tight end for Oklahoma and played in the NFL with the Baltimore Colts and is a well known preacher of the Gospel.

James sets a fine example of a Christian among his fellow MIZZOU players and peers.
